So, I had lunch yesterday at Sam's Club (the pizza there is delicious). When I sat down at one of the tables, I couldn't help but notice the man sitting at the table next to mine. He was dressed in all black and he appeared to be.... crying. I could tell he was lonely. The faint indent on his right ring finger told me that he previously had a wedding ring on. He had lost his wife. This got me to think. See, Christmas is the time of year where we remember past Christmas Days and remember the things we did and the people we spent them with. But what if Christmas didn't exist? There would be millions on millions of people out there not having enough good memories to survive. There would be family ties that would slowly start to disappear. Christmas is the time of year where we can put all of the bad things away for now and just focus on the present, even if that means that we have to spend time with those who have no one to talk to. So, what do you say? Go find someone to spend the holidays with and I will see you tomorrow. This is BlackStar, logging off.
